Arnoma Hotel Bangkok ★★★★

Good location and nice room

Service a bit slow, water in toilet was dirty have to wait for 10minutes.

Renovation of toilets and doors need to be looked at. this is not the first time to stay but I expexted a better renovation and maintenance in the hotel. Breakfast expected it to me much better with more varity for such hotel.

toilet door wasnr closing. it was jamed. Breakfast was not up to the standard for this level hotel and not like when it was earlier in this hotel when it was new.

Easy access to shopping area. Walking distance are manageable within the radius of 800m

Location remains excellent. Staff were prompt with service. Room was clean and towels were fresh. Complimentary daily bottled water was a bonus. I have stayed at Arnoma previously and it continues to be a good choice and value for money.

Rooms could do with some refurbishment given that this is an older hotel. Breakfast tables could be cleaned more promptly as there is often a large number of diners. While we did not have to wait for seats, some diners were seen to be waiting to be seated.

There is a massage shop on 4th floor, so i could book massage on my way out and have massage on my way back. Also, the location was so perfect-in the middle of chitlom station and siam station, right next to bic c supermarket, opposite of malls.

The a/c was too strong, so if you're are sensitive to cold, you'd better take some outers or long sleeves.

I have been going to this hotel almost twice or three times a year for the past 20 years. So I must be satisfied with it.

The inside of the bath room door should be sanded down and repainted

Convenient location opposite Central world and Centara Convention Centre. Plenty of food options, shopping and massage outlets around the venue. Big C is just next door. Sky walk to connect venues.

We - my wife and I - liked the friendly and helpfull staff (all of them we met from check in to check out), the facilities, the restaurants, the bar, the lobby and the terrace. The location - certainly for people who like shopping - is very good. Next yo the hotel is the Gaysorn mall and on the other side of the hotel is a big supermarket. On the other side of the hotel are the Zen, Central World, Isetan and Platinum malls. Just minutes walking from the hotel is the Chidlom BTS-station, with next to it the Chidlom Central mall. And from there walking in the direction of Ploenchit is also the Central Embassy mall. Just a couple of minutes walking from the hotel is the Erawan shrine. Also in walking distance (or just one station BTS trip from the Chidlom to the Siam-station) are even more malls to visit. Like Siam Discovery, Siam Paragon and MBK for instance. From there you can also walk to the Jim Thompson house. So a perfect location for shoppers. And there are too many restaurants to count not far from the hotel.

the location was ideal. near to restos and mall. an easy walk to the skytrain.

the hotel is old and starting to show its age. the carpets ate worn and have an odor. the door Jamba and wood accessories are worn. most of all the bathrooms are outdated.

Location is superb as it’s smacked right beside big c supermarket and opposite central world.

Poor sound proof. I can hear the sound of the water pipes from the next room!

the location was vey good. near to the shops and good restos. it is next to the BTS station for ease of movement. friendly and helpful staff.

the hotel is quite old and this showed in the finish of the rooms carpets and bathrooms.

The room is clean & has pleasant smell. Lighting is good & Security is great. The ambience is neutral with nice carpet, art pieces & painting. It’s classic & welcoming. The location is central & movement to all parts of Bangkok for shopping, dinning & visiting places of interest is very convenient. Great place & value for money & this is my 4th times stay in Bangkok for my 4 visits. I enjoy staying at this hotel as it is like home to me. Thank u

I believe that Beer vendors at 3-4 stations set up serving customers just outside The Central World shopping Mall engaged live bands. These bands provided Singers to attract customers. The noise that caused vibration went on through the night ( almost up to 10pm) was quite disturbing to sleep. But on the whole, it’s a safe & vibrant hotel!

Location was very good with courteous and accommodating staff.

Breakfast spread could be improved. The rooms, toilet and bath were quite old and I believe it needed a bit of renovation.
